Explore Edinburgh

McNeil House is just a short walk from a direct bus service into the heart of the city where the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Edinburgh and the Reading Room are located.
Transport to and from the church can be arranged by request.
Details of services and location can be found at:
www.christianscience.org.uk/edinburgh

Beyond the Church and Reading Room, the historic capital city offers a wealth of culture, art galleries, theatres and museums. There is so much to be discovered in the Old Town and the New Town, and the surrounding areas of Corstorphine and Stockbridge.

There are beautiful walks close to McNeil House. The tranquil ‘Water of Leith’ can be accessed near the Murrayfield Rugby Stadium and Corstorphine Hill, with stunning views of the city, is only ten minutes away. You can even see zebra, walleroos and hear lions as it backs onto the Edinburgh Zoo!

For those wishing to travel further afield, Glasgow, Falkirk, Perth, St. Andrews, Dundee or the Pentland Hills, to name a few places are great destinations for day trips.
